The operator

This business was not built from a business school.
It was built from 19 years of being accountable for operations that could not afford to fail.

When your operation breaks, you do not want someone who studied the problem. You want someone who has fixed it — at 2am, under regulatory pressure, with real stakes attached.

The story

New Orleans built. Fortune 4 forged. Built to fix what others cannot find.

I grew up in New Orleans — a city that taught me early that resilience is not a personality trait, it is a survival skill. That lesson followed me into every healthcare organization I walked into. McKesson Corporation. Parkland Health Level 1 Trauma Center. Walgreens. For 19 years I built, fixed, and scaled operations inside the most demanding healthcare environments in the country.

I led teams of 60. I managed budgets over $5 million. I designed compliance programs that survived regulatory audits. I deployed AI inside real healthcare environments before most organizations knew what HIPAA-aware AI architecture meant. And I did all of it consistently — 10% above performance targets, year after year, without the title that matched the work.

I launched Geaux Uptown Solutions because I kept watching brilliant founders and practice owners hit the same operational wall — the one between what they had built and what they were capable of sustaining. They had vision. They had funding. They had clinical excellence. What they did not have was the infrastructure underneath it. That infrastructure is what I build.

This is not a consulting firm built to scale. It is a precision practice built to deliver. Three clients per month. Every engagement owned by me personally. Every system documented and handed off so you operate independently from day one. That is the model — and it is not changing.

Why me

Most consultants studied the room.
I have run it.

The Fortune 4 positioning is not a tagline. It is a track record you can verify line by line.

01

Inside the enterprise — not adjacent to it

19 years operating inside Fortune 4 healthcare distribution, Walgreens, and Parkland Health. Not a vendor. Not a contractor reading a deck. The person responsible for the P&L, the SOPs, and the team on the floor when the audit lands.

02

$5M+ portfolios, 10%+ above target — consistently

Performance measured in Fortune 4 quarterly business reviews against enterprise benchmarks. Above-target is the floor, not the ceiling. The systems that produced those results are the same ones we deploy for clients.

03

Level 1 trauma operations discipline

Seven years authoring SOP and compliance frameworks at Parkland — Dallas's Level 1 trauma center. When the cost of a process failure is measured in patient outcomes, you learn to design systems that hold under pressure. That discipline transfers.

04

Pharmacy-licensed and clinically literate

Active PTCB CPhT certification (2027) and Texas State Board licensure. We can sit in a clinical operations conversation, read the workflow, and architect the change without a translator. That is uncommon — and decisive — in healthcare AI.

05

Lean Six Sigma + Scrum — the operating layer

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (#703303) and Scrum Master Certified (2029). We do not pick a methodology and bend the work to fit it. We pick the methodology that fits the operation — and we know both well enough to choose correctly.

06

Diversity supplier track — WOSB · MBE in progress

Woman- and minority-owned. NMSDC MBE and WOSB certifications are currently in progress. For enterprise procurement teams with diversity spend mandates, we are positioning as a qualified supplier the same way we built the operations record — under audit, documented, and verifiable.

The bottom line

You are not hiring a deck. You are hiring the operator who has already shipped the system you need — inside an organization larger and more regulated than yours.

Capacity is controlled. Intentionally.
