We do not provide clinical patient-care guidance, legal advice, financial advice, or pharmaceutical dispensing decisions. We do not build mobile apps from scratch, run paid media campaigns, or do brand/creative work. We do not white-label other agencies' deliverables. If a project needs those, we will refer you to a trusted partner.

Advisory retainer starts at $4,000/month (3-month minimum). AI bot builds run $15,000–$35,000 fixed-fee depending on integrations and complexity. Every number is published on the pricing page — no discovery-call gating.

How do I know which tier I need?

Why fixed-price instead of hourly?

Because hourly billing misaligns incentives. When you pay by the hour you are paying for time. When you pay a fixed price you are paying for an outcome. Fixed pricing means we are motivated to work efficiently and deliver results — not to extend the engagement. Every scope is defined before work begins.

Are software, telephony, and LLM costs included?

No — and we do not mark them up. Twilio, OpenAI/Anthropic API usage, scheduling software, and any third-party tools either pass through at cost with documentation or are billed directly to your accounts. You see every line. Typical monthly run-cost for an AI bot deployment is $150–$600 depending on volume.

Do you offer payment plans?

Consulting engagements over $5,000 can be split into milestone payments — we will structure it on the discovery call. The $97 and $497 digital products are one-time payments by design.

What if I need to cancel?

Advisory and fractional engagements require 30 days written notice after the minimum term. AI build projects are scoped in phases — you can stop between phases without penalty. Digital products are non-refundable after delivery, but if a system does not work as described we fix it. The $497 product includes one round of revisions.

How long does an AI bot build take from kickoff to live?

Four to eight weeks for a standard deployment. Week 1: discovery, data flow mapping, BAA execution. Weeks 2–3: build, prompt engineering, integration with your scheduling/CRM. Complex multi-location or multi-language builds extend to 10–12 weeks.

Are your AI deployments HIPAA-aware?

Yes — and there is a meaningful difference between “HIPAA-compliant” as a marketing claim and a system built with actual PHI boundary architecture. Every deployment has a signed BAA at every layer where PHI flows, role-based access controls, audit log retention, and a documented data flow diagram. We have been on the receiving end of healthcare compliance audits. We build accordingly.

Which vendors do you sign BAAs with?

Standard stack: OpenAI (Enterprise/API with BAA), Anthropic (Claude API with BAA), AWS or GCP for hosting, Twilio for telephony, and your existing EHR/PMS via approved integration paths. If a tool cannot sign a BAA, it does not touch PHI in our architecture. Period.

How is PHI handled in the AI conversation layer?

PHI is minimized at the boundary — the model sees only what is required for the task, with identifiers tokenized where possible. Full conversation logs are stored in your encrypted environment with role-based access. Retention policies match your existing record-retention schedule. No PHI is used for model training under any circumstance.

Do you support SOC 2, HITRUST, or state-level requirements?

If you are SOC 2 Type II or pursuing HITRUST, we align our deliverables, documentation, and access controls to your control framework. Services are advisory and operational in nature and do not constitute the practice of pharmacy, medicine, or law. We do not dispense pharmaceutical products, provide clinical patient care guidance, or offer legal or financial advice. Compliance sign-off remains with your designated Privacy Officer, Security Officer, and legal counsel.

A fractional COO is embedded in the operation — attending your meetings, making decisions with your team, building systems your organization can run without us once the engagement ends. The difference is accountability. We do not just identify the problem. We own the fix.

How many hours per month is included?

The Fractional COO engagement is 15 to 20 hours per month. That is enough to lead your weekly ops cadence, manage one to two active build workstreams, and be available for issues that surface between meetings. High-leverage, not high-volume.

Are you certified for federal and state contracts?

WOSB and NMSDC MBE certifications are in progress. SAM.gov registration is active and entity verification is in process. Once certifications complete, Geaux Uptown Solutions will be positioned for federal healthcare contracts under NAICS codes 541611, 541512, 541618, 541990, 611430, and 621999.
