Why do you cap engagements at three per month?

Because every client gets me — not a junior consultant working from a template. Three engagements is the number that allows me to do this work at the standard it requires. That is not a marketing line. It is how the business is structured and it is not changing.

Are your AI deployments HIPAA-aware?

Accepted Answer

Yes — and there is a meaningful difference between “HIPAA-compliant” as a marketing claim and a system built with actual PHI boundary architecture. Every deployment we build has a signed BAA at every layer where PHI flows, role-based access controls, audit log retention, and a documented data flow diagram. We have been on the receiving end of healthcare compliance audits. We build accordingly.

What is the difference between your AI and a generic chatbot?

Our systems are trained on your specific services, your pricing, your contraindication list, your booking flow, and your brand voice. They are connected to your actual booking system. They flag clinical contraindications automatically. They populate your provider dashboard before the patient arrives. That is not a chatbot. That is a front desk that never calls in sick.

How many hours per month is included?

The Fractional COO engagement is 15 to 20 hours per month. That is enough to lead your weekly ops cadence, manage one to two active build workstreams, and be available for the issues that surface between meetings. It is designed to be high-leverage — not high-volume.

Why fixed-price instead of hourly?

Because hourly billing misaligns incentives. When you pay by the hour you are paying for time. When you pay a fixed price you are paying for an outcome. Fixed pricing means I am motivated to work efficiently and deliver results — not to extend the engagement. Every scope is defined before work begins. You know exactly what you are getting before you commit.

Do you offer payment plans for the digital products?

The $497 MedSpa AI System is a one-time payment. The $97 Geaux Plan planner is a one-time payment. Neither has a payment plan — the price point is designed to be accessible without one. For consulting engagements over $5,000 we can discuss payment structure on the discovery call.

What if I need to cancel?

Accepted Answer

Consulting engagements require 30 days written notice to cancel. Digital products are non-refundable after delivery — but if the system does not work as described, we will fix it. The $497 product includes one round of revisions. We stand behind the work.

Are you certified for federal and state contracts?

Accepted Answer

WOSB and NMSDC MBE certifications are in progress. SAM.gov registration is active and entity verification is in process. Once certifications are complete Geaux Uptown Solutions will be positioned for federal healthcare contracts under our NAICS codes — 541611, 541512, 541618, 541990, 611430, and 621999. We are building toward the federal pipeline now so we are positioned when it opens.
