Why publish pricing at all?

Can I combine these?

Most clients do. The common combination is an AI Bot Build followed by an Advisory Retainer to optimize and expand. Fractional Operator subsumes the Advisory Retainer.

Do you negotiate?

On scope, yes. On rate, rarely — and only for multi-engagement commitments or NMSDC supplier-diversity programs where pricing is contractually structured.

What's not included?

Third-party software (LLM API costs, telephony, SMS, CRM, scheduling) is passed through at cost or billed to your accounts directly. We never markup vendor spend.
